At CHC, we have both the staff and equipment to accurately record structures such as residential properties, commercial buildings, farmsteads, even bridges. Typically, a client requires our services when a state or federal agency calls for a thorough recordation prior to dismantling or demolishing a property.
We have the latest software to produce floor plans, measured diagrams, even elevation drawings. Our photographer can produce large format 4” x 5” or even 8” x 10” negatives required for federal HABS/HAER projects. Because federal agencies and most states have diverse reporting requirements, we maintain a range of survey manuals in our library to meet the requirements of any organization.
